From the online search to appointment day, the whole experience was delightful and simple. The online platform has business information such as service availability and appointment booking, which are simple and quick, more importantly clear and upfront. You can find what services are offered and by whom, as well as pricing and the next available appointment times, their qualifications, and methods, everything can be done for intake before your first appointment (it is actually preferred that the intake documents are submitted before the actual appointment). As an registered massage therapist, I highly recommend Dr. Lucas pain and the RMT Andrew Scott. They have many skills and knowledge to share and as a practitioner myself I have nothing but great progression with this clinic.
I saw a few different RMT's years ago but gave up as they did not make a difference in my back pain. I had one session with Andrew, and I will absolutely be going back and will recommend him to everyone.
