Called this morning regarding a furnace that was not working and my call was answered by a very nice lady over the phone she was very polite and professional. Was told the earliest appointment was to be Monday. Which was ok as we had called a couple of other places and the were booked up. We had gotten a call that they had a cancellation and we're going to come today. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly. We will definitely use them again in the new year to book our
yearly maintenance .
When my furnace quit on me, I'm glad to have contacted John Mulder Heating. The desk service was cordial and Mathew Crarey, the service technician, quickly located the problem and fixed it. These people are in business for a reason!
I highly recommend John Mulder, they take such good care of our furnace and air conditioning that I have only had to contact them a couple times over the years and it always seems to be on a Sunday or a holiday ugh. But every single time someone calls me back in a very short period of time and help me right away either helping me adjust something or scheduling a service as soon as possible. So thankful!
