Called this morning regarding a furnace that was not working and my call was answered by a very nice lady over the phone she was very polite and professional. Was told the earliest appointment was to be Monday. Which was ok as we had called a couple of other places and the were booked up. We had gotten a call that they had a cancellation and we're going to come today. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly. We will definitely use them again in the new year to book our
yearly maintenance .

I highly recommend John Mulder, they take such good care of our furnace and air conditioning that I have only had to contact them a couple times over the years and it always seems to be on a Sunday or a holiday ugh. But every single time someone calls me back in a very short period of time and help me right away either helping me adjust something or scheduling a service as soon as possible. So thankful!
