A big shout out to Neels Heating and Cooling!!! Kassandra in the front office was a pleasure to deal with. Mike the service technician was prompt and did an awesome job!!! He basically had to dismantle the entire furnace to replace the heat exchanger and then put it back together. It works beautifully now. Thanks again!!!
I have always had a good experience with Neels. When I had an air-conditioner installed about eight years ago, I had three companies come out to give me quotes. Two out of three said that I'd need to replace the furnace first because the venting system would not accommodate an air-conditioner. Neels was the ONLY company who told me they could install an air-conditioner without having to change the furnace. Which they did. After that experience, I can't see myself going anywhere else.
Great service, called in the morning and had appt for the next morning but a service person arrived same day just after noon. Had to leave to get a part but still returned same day and repaired. It was a major part and quite costly, our only complaint would be that we weren't given a quote, and it was in excess of $700. As we had to have it replaced anyway, we wouldn't have done anything different. Would definitely use again. Just might be a bigger deal for some.
