A great experience at Jesperson's. I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in because there was a slight rubbing noise as I was driving. It turns out it was related to the brakes, but it wasn't an urgent issue. There was no hard sell, or any pressure to get the work done right away, and there was no charge for them to diagnose the problem.

Jesperson Auto has 5+ customer care with great mechanics. I took my 2009 Subaru Impreza in for a noise check that was coming from my brakes. It was a Friday afternoon and upon inspection they found my rear brakes were done, a rotor had seized and I couldn't or shouldn't drive my car until it was fixed. To my surprise they gave me a free courtesy car for the weekend and fixed my brakes on Monday. Wow! Outstanding service here in Chilliwack. I recommend Jesperson Auto for any of your car repairs.

These guys were fantastic! I was driving through town about 4 hrs from home when my check engine light came on. Despite being busy when I called they made time to help me out right away and gave me peace of mind for the rest of my travels. Thank you Jesperson’s Auto!
