We had quite a night last Thursday when we found a leak in one of the pipes in our home at around 10pm. I called FirstOnSite and they took some info from me and then within 15 minutes I got a call from Keith from the Chilliwack office. He let me know that I was not alone in this and they would send guys out immediately to help. Within an hour, there were two guys (John and Ted) there with the vacuum trucks and they got to work. A couple hours later, the water was sucked up, the area was cleaned up and the carpets were drying. A bad night was made a whole lot better because of this team of guys and I am truly thankful for their great attitudes, hard work and help.... read full review
All the other locations have some really negative reviews. So far my dealings have been positive. My insurance company like many put me onto them. So far they’ve been helpful, professional and quick to respond to communication.
