Tracy and the team at Westend went above and beyond. I had an ICBC claim for a broken window, they originally told me probably a month before it could get fixed. Tracey called me later that day and said they could get glass for the following day and could have it fixed shortly after. They also wanted to make sure my family and I could get around safely and lent us a courtesy car free of charge until our car was fixed. (Which was extremely helpful having just come out of the hospital with a newborn). I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. Truly one of the best shops around.

I have had my vehicles in multiple different body shops in town, and I must say, the work performed by westend was by far the best work done. No eggshelled paint/clear like the other shops paint repairs. Jeff is amazing and goes above and beyond the make sure the highest quality of work performed. I would not hesitate to take any vehicle or send any customer there. Very happy :)

Had a few odd jobs done on my car. All were done well, and at a very reasonable price. David and Jeff were very pleasant and accommodating. Car was vacuumed, and even though the jobs were not big ones, they made a courtesy car available to us. Thanks Guys
