Within 24 hours Janice from Reflections contacted my husband and apologized for the previous interactions and rectified the issue in a quick and courteous way.

The Truck looks beautiful and the work preformed by the employees of Reflections exceeded expectations.

Regardless of the previous miscommunication between ICBC, Reflections, and us, I would recommend their shop to anyone looking to have commercial truck repairs completed.

We dropped our truck off with reflections on April 11 for repairs that we were told were 100% covered due to a not at fault accident. We were contacted by reflections regarding damage to the Truck Mirror - which was unrelated to the accident and not covered.

We advised Reflections not to fix anything that was not covered by ICBC.

Being our first time having commercial body repairs done through ICBC as a no fault party we were impressed with Reflections.

After calling yesterday, April 23, we were advised our truck would be finished end of day.

This morning, April 24, we telephoned reflections and were advised for the very first time by either Reflections or ICBC that as an owner operator GST, alongside a charge for depreciation, was due and payable upon pick up of our vehicle in the amount of $745.

We were under the belief that the repair was 100% covered until the morning of pick up.

Reflections blamed ICBC and advised that it was ICBCs obligation to have reached out to discuss this with us. No call from ICBC was received.

ICBC Adjuster George Javen (spelling unsure) advised us too bad and to pay up.“
