Problem came up with my iPad, phoned and invited to office for assessment. Turns out problem due to age of iPad , advised problem could get worse but no worries about continuing to use iPad for time being . Peace of mind while checking for replacement, much appreciated.
Great service! Prompt and quick, I called before to check it they carried my battery and they did! I walked in and was out within 15 min. The gentleman who owns it is lovely and friendly. Would recommend!
