Got a nice haircut and beautiful curls.
The only reason not to rate 5 is because they told me haircut is $60 but charged me $88.
I don’t know why they do so.they should consider that some people have budget for everything.
I had my first visit to Chatters and made the trip from Maple Ridge. I had the pleasure of working with Maddi, who was absolutely incredible. It was a big transformation, removing the red from my hair and returning to blonde with lowlights which took the entire day. Maddi was patient, incredibly kind, and professional. I really appreciated that she consulted with her colleagues to ensure the process was done correctly. The teamwork at Chatters was fantastic, with Mikasa and Sam also contributing to the experience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Maddi, for your amazing work—you’re a sweetheart! And a big thanks to your team as well! <3
The day after I got my haircut here I went so school and a random girl I don't know screamed "HEEEEY! HEY YOU! COOL HAIR" and I was so shook from getting a real compliment that I nearly passed out- ? I got more complements on my hair for the next like 2 weeks and another 3 girls called me pretty on the last day of school so I'd call that a win. The only bad experience I've ever had here was when my grandma who hates hair dye walked into the salon to get her hair cur in the middle of me getting my hair dyed, she didn't notice me and it's not like it was the staff's fault or anything so still, 5 stars. Will definitely be coming back... read full review
