My mother in laws 2012 Hyundai Tucson broke down on HWY 1 near Hope BC. BCAA recommended we tow it to Broadway Motors where they inspected the vehicle and determined the engine was completely seized. They told me this is a known issue with Hyundais/ KIA’s and outlined the steps I could take to have this addressed via a Hyundai dealership … long story is they saved my mother in law about $6,000 as the local Hyundai dealership I dealt with as a result ( also excellent to deal with ) ended up opening a claim and replacing the engine and starter motor and billing Hyundai Canada directly, Broadway Motors only charged a nominal inspection fee to diagnose the initial problem....read full review
Went in for an oil change and there was this lovely older gentleman (forgot to catch his name). He showed me everything he was doing and how it all worked, showing me tips and tricks if I wanted to do it at home myself. Took me underneath and showed me everything under my truck. A genuinely wonderful experience.
Took my Durango for a oil change here. Friendly and helpful staff. Price was great and they are very truthful. they don’t try to charge you for some made up random service the car don’t even need.
