Ever since moving to Chilliwack I discovered Ralph's for my car and they have been great. Very informative and able to break down issues and costs easily. Recently they have been able to send quotes via text which is very helpful.They do offer a curiosity car if needed.

A huge thank you to Chris Dunagan. When our vehicle experienced an engine misfiring on HWY 3 between Xmas and New Years it was difficult to find a shop that could help on short notice. When I phoned Ralph's, Chris said he'd take a look if we could get the vehicle to him. He promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back on the road. Thank you for your expertise and excellent service! My family is grateful.

Being a new resident of Chilliwack and looking for a new auto repair, I can't say enough about how lovely it was to feel like they cared. Had a great experience and will highly recommend to anyone looking.
