Really incompetent staff, went in to pick up an order I placed for pick up, and was ignored for 15 minutes while standing at the pickup counter, without so much as a “hello” or “could I grab someone to help you?”
Finally someone came up to me (after I asked), and looked at me in straight up bewilderment and confusion that I could even pick up an online order in store. She helped eventually, and clearly wasn’t new cause the process afterwards was totally normal, just seems like the staff here just really don’t care about customer service even at the most basic level.

Oh Best Buy. Not the most helpful team in the world. Waited alone at the till for a while to pick up a package. A manager told me to wait for another employee - waited again. That manager then offered to help but claimed I wasn’t authorized and turned me away. I felt like a bit of a fool BUT after reading the pickup instructions from the courier (The same instructions said Best Buy Manager was referring to), I could indeed sign and pick up the package! After another small dilemma I finally walked out with my package.
