My truck died while I was at a customers house and Mcbrides showed up within 5 minutes of me calling (after hours at that) and took care of me. I had to tow my truck from Chemainus to Nanaimo. The whole process from the time they got the call to dropping off the truck was easy and effortless. 10/10 would recommend
One month ago I brought my recently bought used 2007 truck for service. Found Terry to be very helpful and congenial. The cost was reasonable. The truck runs well. I won’t hesitate to bring it back when it needs new service.
Terry and his crew are great. Very friendly, good communication, fast and uncomplicated service. Had bad luck with a used car I bought but now I can enjoy driving it again :) thanks!
