Nathan and his team are absolutely incredible. I called 12 different shops and asked for prices on a set of the same winter tires, and I got drastically different prices. All the way from downtown Victoria to Duncan. Only two shops offered a reasonable price on the tires, other shops were up to $400 more. Then in addition, I ended up getting rims which they were also the cheapest with. They were kind, attentive and very family-oriented as I had my young son with me. Ran into issues with the tires which was not in any way their fault- but they did everything they could to correct it and give me a deal. Super pleasant experience. They made what the did seem effortless in order to get me from having a flat tire to 4 new winters, of an odd size, mounted and balanced within a few hours. Strongly recommend B&H Tire. It's clear they care about offering reputable service.
I had an amazing unplanned experience here. I had loose lug nuts on a tire and a wonderful gentleman stopped what he was doing and checked all 4 tires. He was so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this business as the treatment of people was fantastic.
