We lucked out; being from out of town and only being around for one day after we wrote an offer on a house, we called Ed for a pre-purchase home inspection. He just had a cancellation, so he was able to come out the next morning at 8 ! We showed up closer to Ed being done, and walked through the house with him. After that, he guided us through the pictures he took.Ed knows what he's talking about. Very knowledgeable and easy-going, able to explain home-inspection-stuff in terms anyone can understand. Would definitely use Ed again.
