Our fridge stopped working right in the middle of our 2-month trip. We contacted JC RV Services through Messenger on a Sunday afternoon and immediately received a message saying that Josh would contact us Monday morning.
At 8:00 a.m. on Monday, Josh reached out to me on Messenger to get more details, and by 9:00 a.m. he was already at our campsite. One hour later, all the troubleshooting was completed and the problem was fixed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Josh and JC RV Services if you have an electrical issue or any other problem with your RV.

If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, kind and fair pricing? Look no further. Josh went above and beyond, we asked him to fix problems he could see that we could not( very trustworthy) and just bill us. He did not take advantage . I will use Josh in the future. He does great work
