“We had to make an emergency visit after hours a couple weeks ago, all the staff members we dealt with were fantastic very knowledgeable but more importantly caring to both us and our furry baby. Coastland was also very transparent on what the costs would be up front from the initial phone call being told what the after hours fees would be to a breakdown before any treatment was started so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises. When we picked up our cat there was a detailed going home care plan and we knew what to watch for we also received a call two days afterwards checking in. I so highly recommend!“
