The team at Ed Rosse Plumbing once again have provided prompt, top notch service in order to resolve my exploded hot water tank problems. This is the second tank we have had replaced in the last 10 years, and the excellent service has not changed.
I just wish to give Ed Rosse Plumbing the highest of recommendations. We noticed a large pool of water in our basement. It was beyond a DIY so called them at about 1130. Their man showed up at 215 and in a nutshell promptly fixed our problem by completely re-manufacturing the HVAC drain line. That plus being extremely courteous and taking the time to explain the problem and his intended fix. All that at a VERY pleasing and reasonable cost. Highest of recommendation.
Wonderful service from Ryan G at Ed Rossi’s plumbing and heating. Ryan G was friendly, informative, quick and efficient. Ryan explained the problem to me and went about correcting it properly.. Ryan checked his repairs to insure everything was functioning well and the work area was left clean and tidy after the job. The bonus was my appointment had been scheduled for Friday but the office worked me in early on Tuesday! I’m one happy customer. I highly recommend Ryan G and Ed Rossi’s plumbing company
