Alder Medical Centre provides excellent medical care and customer service. The diligent and attentive Dr. Eckford, the professional and friendly Dr. Conrad, and the kind and helpful phone staff work together to ensure the best possible care for their patients during these challenging times.
I am a patient of Dr Joda and I am very fortunate to be her patient . She is kind ,attentive ,knowledgeable and cares for her patients with dedication.
Also all front desk staff very nice and helpful!!
I am out of province, phoned the clinic for medical assistance, needing a prescription sent to me. From the man answering my call to the doctor who called me back, help was immediate. Thank you so much. Once again, Alder Medical saved the day.
Dr. Eckford has been diligent & attentive to the needs of my husband & myself. He has gotten “out in front” of our future “aging” knees and what‘a coming next. He’s our family doctor and we’re very happy with his care & the care of the Alder Clinic staff.
