Windsor Plywood is a locally owned and operated business specializing in a wide range of home finishing products. They offer high quality, responsibly sourced woods, flooring, doors, mouldings, and other supplies. While their selection is praised as great, prices are noted as being on the higher side.
Customer service experiences vary. Some customers report helpful and knowledgeable staff, appreciating the personalized assistance and willingness to go the extra mile. Others find the staff less attentive and lacking in product knowledge, particularly regarding specific brands or specialized tools.
The quality of their MDF, specifically for laser cutting, has been inconsistent, with some customers experiencing noticeable grade changes that affect their work. It's recommended to inspect MDF sheets carefully before purchase.
Overall, Windsor Plywood is considered a good option for a wide variety of home finishing needs, but customers should be aware of the potential for varying service experiences and MDF quality inconsistencies.
Hello to the owner and team at Windsor Plywood!
Windsor Plywood is one of my favourite places to shop. I’ve been shopping at this location for about 10 years, and I’ve always received excellent service from such a friendly and helpful team and owner.
Of course, I’ll continue shopping at this location for many more years! Thank you for always providing great service. ❤️
Manuel and Gary were awesome! Needed some plywood cut to certain sizes and Manuel helped us calculate how the least amount of sheets we needed.
Gary helped us cut them in a timely manner and they were bang on.
Manuel came running out to the back before we drove off after loading our car to make sure everything was good!
After calling around I found that these guys had the cheapest in what I was looking for as well as what I was planning on getting somewhere else also cheaper for more quantity so definitely will consider coming back here before anywhere else in the future also forgot that I have a car and decided to pick up a 4 x 4 piece and they were kind enough to help me out by cutting it for me which they also offer
