Customer service and price!
These guys kicked it out of the park, they were out of stock on what I ordered and got me what I needed as soon as they had it (it arrived with them on Friday I had it in my hands on Monday)

Very knowledgeable staff. The store always has a good selection of Festool products in stock, unlike many places where you have to place and order and wait weeks. Its a quality store.

Great customer service (thanks Robert) and a good selection of tools and consumables that are near impossible to find anywhere else in Canada. Their only downfall is that they don’t have storefront presence in Ontario!
