Our go to Tile Store for all our Renovation projects.Their mosaic selection is the largest we've seen in the lower Mainland. We get all our Schlulter products here and the turn around time to get special items in is always super fast and reliable. For all Schluter inquiries ask for Darryl, he always helps us with our jobs. Best selection on all things tile, great prices and friendly staff. If you have am upcoming project don't hesitate to check them out!

Everything is final sale and non-refundable here, even if you haven't picked up your tiles. It kind of sucks because our contractor didn't want to install our glass tiles so we're out $225 due to the store's return policy. Other than that, the outlet has a good selection and wide variety of tiles. The layout of the store makes it easy to browse. I don't find the prices to be much cheaper than other stores. In the future I would probably buy from a store that has a better return policy though.

We went to this tile store to find floor tiles and stone for a fireplace.We were able to find a pair of bigger tiles (36"x16") that we used for the floor, and the price/quality was very good.For the wall stone (ledgestone), we ended up finding a better deal at a different business.We also were able to get tile trim here, and there was a large selection of colors.Overall definitely worth a visit to see if Tile & Stone Factory Outlet have what you need, but you have to be sure of your choice because of the "No Refunds/Exhanges" policy.
