I had a great experience with Nancy. She did highlights and colouring for me. I also got her to style my hair for an event. Both times the results were great. Pricing here is much lower than other salons. However, also expect less services (you won’t get tea and massage like what other places offer). This place is about efficiency and results (quick in and out). I can’t speak to other staff though. Years ago my partner got a haircut here and got some cuts on his head…)

A great hair salon! I’ve been coming here for many years. The hairstylists are very friendly, the prices are good, and the skills are excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Especially Nancy—she has been providing me with dedicated service for years, and I’m always very satisfied with the results．

I am updating my Google review because I am truly appreciative of the response I received after my complaint. Tim is currently in China and unable to access to respond to Google reviews but his wife Cathy saw, and immediately reached out to me. She listened, validated our experience, and expressed both remorse and dismay at what happened this past weekend. She and Tim were both saddened about the haircuts and the treatment and wanted to make things right. They offered a refund and a free haircut by Tim specifically, because he really wanted to fix this.
