I have been experiencing a deep shoulder blade pain for the last month and a bit. It's the first time an injury has persisted as long, which raised a concern. I was told to go see Ryan Lasaleta at Strike, and oh my lord you guys. He used his skills, expertise, and strength to get into those sore spots that I've been having for a while, and made me feel better after one treatment. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his work, and explained my pain in a way that I understood. I did some instrument work after the massage, and I would recommend it to anyone.

This clinic is NEXT level! From the receptionist to departure, I felt like I was being completely cared for. Dr Ali Ravji is so knowledgeable and asked me a lot of in depth questions including my past and present activity. The Doc took a deep dive to understand my complete story, especially on prior soccer injuries. The treatment was hands on ( I mean this literally !!) and on point, as he found my pain points and worked on those areas with deep tissue massage. I felt my leg losing up and the tissue releasing pressure! ? Then we did tool work! It was an excellent experience for a frustrated area of my life. Besides all being amazing people, everyone at Strike is extremely good at their job. With training and competing in martial arts for 20+ years and running a dojo on a day to day basis, my body tends to fall apart quite easily. But somehow Ali and Bernard have been able to keep me in one piece. These guys are so supportive of the local athletes and are crucial to helping us get to that next level, whatever it may be. A lot of us wouldn’t be able to do it without them. I would 10/10 recommend to any athlete or physically active person who needs to level up their recovery game??
