Took my Mazda 3 to SoundsGood Auto for a backup camera install. They did a tremendous job, on time, explained every dollar / minute. Ben is a nice guy running that shop, very pleasant service, no pressure. Camera is crystal clear and perfectly calibrated
These guys know what they’re talking about when it comes to car audio. Super friendly staff, great experience from the moment I walked in with just an idea of what I wanted to do. Ben from the Burnaby location was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on what product was right for my needs and had me booked in and installed a week later. Highly recommend Soundsgood Auto
Ruben and Ben are my guys the whole crew are the best!!! They helped me get more bass in my new Nissan Z ( the stock subwoofer is terrible). It's just a temporary thing till we go and do a full custom sound system early next year. Also brought over a car I got for my son for them to install a new backup camera. These guys do amazing work!!!
Their customer service is top notch. The few times I have been there I have seen them interact with other customers and they treat everyone the same. Super friendly not pushy at all. They listen to their customers need and deliver.
