Had a lovely pamper session here. Wasn’t expecting much from my appointment but I was treated so well and all of the staff were so lovely and chatty. I got treated to a free spa package because they had a promotion I was unaware of as well! Also my nails were stunning by the end. I’m a lifelong customer now for sure!Services: Nail painting

I went to Shi Nail Blue Nail Salon for pedicure twice already. Receptionists are nice and friendly. The technicians are skilful and professional. They offer many gel colours for my selection! Price is reasonable and the salon is clean and relaxing. :)Happy with the service!

I would have given the salon a 5 star if it is not for Miki, who is one of the staff working there. She is very rude and negative. Rude when talking to customers and also talks gossip about her neighbour loudly in the salon, which really ruined the experience. She also has her own idea of how she wants the nails done and when customers have concerns, she will just rudely say she knows what she is doing! A very stubborn person for doing a customer service job. I will not renew my membership because of her.Service: Gel manicures
