I came to Plaza Physiotherapy to see Reshma Mehta for TMJ issues, and I’ve had such a great experience. I was dealing with a lot of jaw tightness and discomfort, and Reshma really took the time to understand my symptoms and explain what was going on.
She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough with her treatments. Since seeing her, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my jaw pain and tension, and I now have a much better understanding of how to manage my TMJ symptoms at home as well.

Dr. He is very good doctor and I am very happy with my treatments. He is very patient and always listen carefully to my problems. He explains everything and makes me feel comfortable during acupuncture.
