I have been going to this location for pet grooming for years. We used to go to Sarah, an amazing pet groomer, but sadly she has moved to another town in BC and is no longer working here. And yet luckily, Crystal emerges as a new go-to pet groomer. She is very professional, humble, compassionate, efficient, and her skill level has greatly improved over the past year, and we have no complaints at all! This location has some of the best animal husbandry I have seen from this chain. All of the aquatics were active and healthy, reptiles were in excellent condition, hamsters were lively and not even afraid of people looking at them. I was especially impressed by the bettas; bettas should never be kept in cups and for that I will not give the store five stars, but out of probably almost fifty cups I didn't see a single case of fin rot, ich, or swim bladder. The staff here should be proud of the work they're doing, and the PetSmart chain should be taking notes because their staff here are clearly going above and beyond.
Great service from the cashiers who helped me find my pet’s probiotics right away. It was also about 10 minutes before closing and I felt bad for going in and asking for help last minute but they were very kind and helpful!!
