I have a roller shade that broke down and required one replacement part. It turns out the part had already been discontinued. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new shade that wouldn't have matched my other shades, they dug through old demo parts to find me exactly what I needed. I have never seen another vendor go to such lengths to help a customer. Just Amazing. I'm definitely going with them when it comes time to replace my blinds and shades.
