Our experience at OpenRoad Audi Boundary was totally outstanding from the time we walked in the door until the day we picked up our new vehicle. Sales rep Sarah Zhang was a star, and everyone from the front desk team through to the delivery team was organized, professional and courteous. We felt our business was valued.

purchased used q7 from here. my sales person was Erick. best person to deal with. very nice and helpful and hard working. answered all my questions.sales manager josh was bit rude. may be he was having bad day (swore at one point) my advice to him would be to have patience and treat customers nicely. me being in management for 20 years this is what i learned and this is how i grew my business.5 star review is for erick and gagan (other sales manager)

I gotta give a shoutout to the awesome salesperson Fateh, at Audi Boundary. He was totally cool and treated my father and I with respect, even though we came in severely under dressed and dirty. He never pressured us into making a purchase and made us feel like regular people. I highly recommend Fateh, as well as the service advisors for their genuine service. Dealerships need more people like him and you guys did an awesome job picking your sales people. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I will definitely be coming back to purchase and Audi directly from him when the time comes!
