I hope management can pay more attention to the cleanliness at the Grand Mausoleum. I visited twice during last month and on both occasions, found that the windows sills were full of small dead insects (like small flies). It was kind of disgusting. I understand that families tend to bring flowers but if your workers could check and at least clean or wipe the window sills frequently, it would have solved the problem. Thank you.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating his life. Their warmth and professionalism brought so much peace to our family during such a painful time.
