Brought my father’s Mercedes here as our mechanic could not work on it. The team at Norwescan were very patient and honest with us. They offered to repair the vehicle but mention how taking it to Mercedes could fast track the part. I love the honesty and integrity that they displayed. They have made a forever customer out of me and we will stick to bringing the Benz to them for any routine maintenance and oil changes. Thank you again

I don't agree with the previous reviewer who said negative things. I have never had a bad experience with Norwescan.
In fact, Victoria and the whole Norwescan team are the absolute best! I wouldn't trust my car with anybody other than Victoria and her team. Their service is impeccable, always honest and they are car geniuses. Among many other things, they've made my 92 SL500 run perfectly, they've made my ML purr. They are a total life saver and have breathed new life into my older Mercedes. Do yourself a favour and go with Norwescan!
