It was a mistake on name and last name been switched and when I call western union they say from Bank they can't do any changes on the receiver so they have to refund me 3 to 5 bussines days and i come nearby to this branch they helping me out to get my money back thank you for your help amazing service and to feel so sorry for those who was on phone from western union service help center been waiting for my money for 2 weeks alredy
