My phone stopped working for an unknown reason so I brought it in to see if it could be repaired. The associate working here was very helpful and explained what they would try to do to get it to work. They gave me a day that it would be ready to pick up and it wasn't actually ready until a week after they said it would be. I was charged the service fee they quoted me which was about $35. When I got my phone back it was scratched up quite a bit on the back and the backing wasn't put back on properly, and there are now gaps where there shouldn't be. I won't be able to save the phone so this isn't the end of the world but it would be very frustrating if I got back a working...read full review

Abdul fixed my wife's phone at a good price. His repair looked good and we appreciate his work. He also repaired the cell phone in less than 30 minutes. We recommend going here.

My phone completely stopped working out of the blue. He helped me understand the problem and the next steps needed, and was very patient and courteous with me. I was nervous about the prices for these sorts of things, but everything was very fair and he explained the pricing for different options that would ensure I'm happy with what I'm paying for. All in all really excellent work, I will definitely come here again if I need any more phone help or accessories!!
