Bought a carpet from them years ago. It was installed and had "waves" in it. Undulating bumps if you will. The guy, and I thibk it was MIKE himself not to worry it will go away in less than a year. Here I am more than 4 years later and STILL they are there. I even told him I didn't thibk it was professional to have such bumps/waves in the carpet and he just smiled at me.i remember this! NEVER GO THERE FOR FLOORING AGAIN
We had Mike's flooring do our laminate flooring July of 2019 and were happy with the job. Until May of 2020 as two of the pieces started to separate. We reached out first to the showroom and talked to Nicole the girl who helped us pick out the laminate flooring . She said Mike would get back to us ASAP. We had to call many times not only to the showroom but also Mike's cell phone finally after 3 months they sent a worker out to have a look and he told us that he would talk to Mike about having the warranty work done as they didn't do a proper job laying it down After another month I got ahold of Mike and he said it was a warranty issue with the supplier. I told him no you guy said it was installed improperly by the installer. I have called Mike and the assistant manager Pascal many times over many months even dropped by many times to the showroom Well it has now been 1 year 4 months with no reply Pascal has answered her cell a couple times and asked me if she could call me back and of course she never did I have no plans on giving up on getting them to do the repairs and will keep calling What have I learned Listen to my wife and buy from the big box stores as they would have taken care of this warranty issue with in a few months So if you are ready this I hope it helps you decide on using this company or not If they do come to the plate and come back and fix our flooring I will post it on here

Keep in mind,what they offer for warranty is nothing but jokes.
If they install bad floor, they find ways to turn in about you , if product is bad , they claim it’s something you did that caused it to turn bad.
We claimed warranty on cracked laminate and they said we did something that cause the laminate to crack. They didn’t even bother to send someone to check the damage.
Stay away from this business.
