I have sent my car service here for years and was shocked by the treatment I received this morning. The guy went straight to educate me for a few minutes late, neither accepted my apology nor offered an alternative arrangement. His behaviour was unprofessional and rude, and he has no idea what position he is in, what his livelihood depends on, or how competitive the market is in his industry. Probably, this place has changed ownership under new management, badly indeed. I believe this individual needs to complete additional training to improve his communication and ethical knowledge before entering the workplace. Otherwise, he would rot the Canada’s workforce.
