I had a really positive experience with the service department this week. I dealt with Jadyn, a man I had never met before (even though I have been going to this dealership for about 20 years). He was polite, respectful, listened, and fixed a small almost trivial problem that I had in relatively short order and with no complaint. It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back.
