I had truly exceptional service at MAC Metrotown on December 21. The woman who helped me was so lovely, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, kind, and fun. Even though it was 8:45 she still went above and beyond to get a Christmas present sorted for my mum, as well as ensure I received a gift from my points before the year end. She was in a shockingly good mood for someone serving the public during the Christmas season. I didn't catch her name but my receipt cashier : 1731533. She made a dreaded trip to mall a joyful experience, I left with a big smile on my face. Thanks mystery woman!

I'm usually afraid of pressure sales when I go to cosmetic stores but I had a very pleasant shopping expericence with Natalia. She kindly helped me try different foundation colours and finding items I like. She also gave me a different type of liquid foundation sample to try at home. I'm so glad I tried at home and see the difference. Thank you.
Always a lovely experience shopping at MAC, especially the Metrotown location! Staff here are dedicated to providing the best customer experience, and I truly feel valued every time I visit. I recently purchased the newly formulated Studio Fix powder, and the lady helping me made sure I was happy with the new shade I had to pick out due to the old range of shades being discontinued. I am also a huge fan of their lipsticks and Strobe Cream and will definitely be back to pick up more of these!
