Unfortunately I cannot share how many years I used this clinic while living and raising my children in the Westridge North Burnaby neighborhood since they refuse to release my records and don't follow the applicable provincial health regulations. What I can share is avoid the dr that works 10 -3, especially if you belong to a minority or have a disability. Clearly, the rest of the practicing medical doctors are also negligent and shockingly the staff have had no meaningful training to serve such a lovely community. Some even think they have a right to be in the same room as vulnerable patients with no proof any medical qualifications aside from a clip on tie.
