Serena came highly recommended from our friends that have a golden retriever and have been training with her for years. Our dog was pulling and reactive to other dogs, I had tried everything! Serena is amazing! We sort of impulsively got a young dog (6 months old) and, this being our first dog, I knew we would need some support. After researching other dog trainers in the area, Serena's approach stood out as friendly, relationship-oriented, and positive. We had an initial virtual session and I learned more in that short session than I had in hours of reviewing books and youtube resources. The group in-person classes were phenomenal. Serena managed to teach the group while also giving individual attention.

Highly recommend! Serena has been a wonderful instructor. She is patient, knowledgeable and fun. The varying class locations have been excellent for our dog to get more exposure to different distractions while staying focused on the tasks. We are looking forward to more classes!
