I am a council member of our Strata. Recently one of our units on the main floor had a water leakage that went out into the hallway and soaked our carpets. We called Incredible Restoration who came out first thing next morning. We had a few technicians over the next 3 working days and every one of them were on time, friendly, ready to explain things and always cleaned up after themselves. IR are a great company along with their staff. We don't hesitate to call on them.
We recently experienced water damage in our home, and were recommended Incredible Restorations through a friend.
Our call was answered right away and we were fortunate enough to meet Chris, our project manager, who came to our home the very next day to assess the situation. He took the time to thoroughly explain to us what work needed to be done and outlined what the process would look like. Our insurance company also scheduled another restoration company to come out to have a look who we also met with. We were impressed right away with Chris, his knowledge and assurance, along with their high recommendations made it an easy choice to go with Incredible Restorations.

We used Incredible Restorations for our new townhouse after discovering a minor leak, and the experience was great! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a pretty bad experience with another restoration company before, so working with Incredible Restorations was truly like night and day. Highly recommend them from my personal experience.
