Home Instead a tremendous service and the reason my aunt is being able to continue living safely in my home despite declining health. All the ladies in her care team have been so kind and diligent to her needs. Harpreet (the owner) is so kind to deal with and always available to answer questions or offer suggestions as the family navigates the health system on our aunt's behalf. His team genuinely care in offering the highest quality of service and keeping the family apprised with any changes to my aunt's health which has declined over the last few years. Home Instead is a great service that supports us to remain at home. Its caregivers do whatever we need them to do and they do it in a positive and supportive manner. This is a terrific service that I would recommend to anyone who requires help.

Shelley is my main contact at Home Instead. I needed homecare services for 7 days a week. After talking with other homecare companies, I felt that I am most comfortable talking with Shelley if an issue arose. After all, we're dealing with multiple workers and personalities over a 7 day week. If I had an issue with the service or worker, I would be comfortable to work it through with Shelley. Shelley was easy to reach and quick to respond to my texts. All her staff were eager to help in any way to make my 90 year old Dad comfortable and engaged. None of the 4 workers were disinterested in my dad. All of them made sure my Dad was comfortable, safe and engaged....read full review
