I had the amazing opportunity to work for this company for a while, and I'm glad I did it. The team is really supportive; they always try to meet their employees needs, while thinking of the client's care as well, as it is the number one priority.Home instead is like a family, and I would recommend it if someone is looking for a nice caregiver for their elderly or if someone is looking for a supportive environment to work in.

Home Instead was a life saver for our family. They came highly recommended by some assisted care facilities I contacted and I understand why. They were professional, compassionate, and responded immediately to our urgent situation. Harpreet, our case manager, went out of his way to undertake an in-person assessment and have a care giver in place the same day I contacted them. The team of overnight caregivers have been fabulous, and they have helped make my dad's situation so much more tolerable. We highly recommend Home Instead. The care-givers have been always been flexible and considerate, and my parents appreciate their care and companionship. They provide excellent personal care and are willing to help with many different household tasks that may need doing. The office staff are readily available and quick to respond to questions or requests.
