The person working was awesome, great customer service. I took my motorcycle boots in to get re-heeled. They were done 3 days faster than promised. They asked if I wanted them polished up and I said it wasn’t a priority so I wasn’t worried and said no it is ok. When I got the boots back they were better than original (it no longer sounds like I am putting my foot down hard) plus they did also give my boots a buffing. They went above and beyond my expectations. Will go back again.
Brought in a near dead pair of doc martens, with holes and rips and broken soles, and within a couple weeks I had a brand new pair of boots! I’ve had these boots for 7 years, and didn’t want to let them go yet, and new docs cost at least 200$ now, so I decided to get them repaired. I am really impressed with the finished job, the pricing, and the overall customer service. I would recommend bringing your shoes here, as it’s cheaper, more environmentally conscious, and supportive of the local Burnaby community!!
My wife, my son and I have all taken in shoes, cleats and belts for repair and he does a perfect job every time. His rates are reasonable too. As far as I can tell, he's not charging any more since Covid, like everywhere else. Old-fashioned, friendly service. Oh, and he cuts keys too. Again, cheaper than a locksmith or the hardware store.
