Overall a great experience. Was in a tight schedule wrt to move but the entire process was smooth, transparent, economical and more importantly Leo made sure to communicate on important updates all along.
Would highly recommend using their services if doing any sort of cross country move especially in PNW region.
These folks were WONDERFUL. I've moved long distances too many times. This is the first time that -- not only was nothing damaged -- but the furniture came through better than before the move! The guys had glued some loose pieces to ensure that damage (from previous movers) did not get worse. I highly recommend Flat Rate Relocation.
