The staff here were lovely. However, my hair was very long and I went in asking for a small trim to keep it healthy, keeping the original shape which is long layers (I specified the length). She gathered my hair and took off a huge amount before I got the chance to say anything. I came home to see if I could make it work, but the right side now has short sections. I don’t believe going back can fix it as it’s already been cut. It was $80+.
The service was exceptional, and the stylist was very kind and considerate. No full five stars due to the price and the result. I paid roughly 360$+ (including shampoo), and there’s still some white streaks (undyed) in my hair.In the photo, you can see how beautifully the colour is on my hair at the front and back, but, in the middle, there’s this very noticeable discolouration.In my opinion, the customer service was 5 stars, but the overall hair service deserves 3 stars for this discolouration.I hope I could get a free colour touch-up as this is not acceptable for 360$+!Thank you.
