Lazy, bigger guy name Mike, refused to take off his filthy shoes at the door. Didn't come with a shoe cover, he wanted to walk upstairs to look at the toilet while wearing his shoes. Kept arguing as to why he didn't want to take his dirty shoes off. He was too lazy to bend down to unlace his soiled shoes! Our place is carpeted, he had no respect for our home, was extremely rude and hostile. This was in Richmond, it happened on October 31, 2025, a very rainy and stormy day. So you can imagine how dirty and drenched his shoe was on that day. Wish I could give ZERO star, unfortunately there's no option for that. So impressed with their service and knowledge. We were concerned we had a mold issue and Tony came by on time (in fact a bit early) and did a comprehensive inspection of the suite and gave us the cause and solution and explained it all in plain language so that we as the owners and our tenants understood what happened and how to address it. Would highly recommend them and they are now my go to company for plumbing and heating issues. Thank you so very much!!!
NOT friendly at all!!!! I do not know if they are overworked or just the personality. Thanks also to the other guy who consistently use the shoe covering. Unlike the other guy who doesn’t care at all. Did not even removed his shoes. And when you asked about the covering shoes he even questioned that the carpet is dirty. Whether it’s dirty or not you still have to wear shoe covering. Please respect the owner/tenant.
