My radiator blew on the road last Sat., I called a friend in the area who recommended Crompton Bros.Automotive here in Burnaby. Their recommendation was validated by the BCACC driver/mechanic who towed my car there Sat. for repair. I followed up with them when they opened on Mon morning and they were already getting it up on the hoist to make an assessment. They soon followed up with a detailed written report and had the rad and temp gauge replaced and the engine checked out the following morning. Pricing was fair, work done without delay, staff and owners alike were pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend their services! Thank you

Not only were they able to get my car in a few days after I had called, they also got in fixed in a timely manner. I was only without my car for 2 days. Way faster than I expected. I also only dealt with Derek. He was nice and friendly. Explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. Will be recommending to my friends for sure.
