About Chevron - Gas Station
Chevron Gas Station is a conveniently located station at the intersection of Willingdon and Canada Way, facing a Shell station with similar gas prices. It offers basic fuel services, including regular gas and recently added EV charging stations, which are currently free for Journie members during a limited time. The charging stations often experience issues and slow down from fast charging to a sluggish 17 kW, making charging times longer than expected. The station also features a small convenience store with essential items like milk, bread, and snacks, but lacks a full range of products and may not always have items like free drinks or chips available for redemption through the Journie app. The station has been updated to look more modern after being acquired from another company. Customers generally find the staff helpful, though occasional pump issues can occur, such as pumps shutting off unexpectedly. Overall, it’s a practical stop for fuel and basic needs, with some minor service hiccups.
I seemed to have lost use of my journie card as most chevron station won't accept the journie card. What is the use of the card from chevron,? It is upsetting especially if the lady at the till impatient and starting to keep pressing to be Buzzing noise, even after I stop trying to use the journie card. It is the only gas station who keeps her fingers on buzzing at the gas pump, what is up with that???
Received excellent customer service by this member of staff: Gagan. She was VERY polite, helpful, and efficient throughout our interactions. We had stopped to fill up gas and purchase a few products. She also made sure to answer our queries on what the most suitable products would be for our needs - as we were going out on a camping trip.

Stopped here with my wife and kids, and the women’s bathroom was one of the cleanest Gas station bathroom I have ever encountered. Super Clean and smelt so good..Moreover the staff was super friendly and approaching.
