Aleks was extremely tentative enthusiastic and eager to help. Recommended me good gear and talked to me like I was a friend not a customer. Helped me find anll the things I was looking for and helped me pick out the best headset for my needs. Pulled up sites and videos to back his word. He genuinely wanted what was best for me and wasn’t trying to make the biggest sale. Overall vibes were so pleasant unlike the Richmond location where the workers souls seem to have left long ago.
